Vita
Dr. Thea Riebe studied International Studies / Peace and Conflict Studies at the University of Frankfurt, Darmstadt and the Université de Lausanne and is research assistant at the research group KONTIKAT (2017-2021, BMBF) at the Institute for Information Systems. Furthermore, he is doctoral student at the research group Science and Technology for Peace and Security (PEASEC) at the Department of Computer Science (FB20) at Technische Universität Darmstadt. Prior, she worked for the research group IANUS, as well as the Peace Research Insitute Frankfurt (PRIF) where she assisted in the EU eLearning Programme for Non-Proliferation and Arms Control.
In her dissertation, she focussed on the control and ambivalence of technology in security-critical environments, such as in the context of crisis and continuity management, in human-computer interaction and in cyber and international security.

- Technology assessment and design science
- Social network analysis, critical security studies and mixed-method research
